I was cutting the floor its been since 7am til 10am so battery died and Im like okay now I get the fully charge battery and use and not even two or three minutes its can cut the wood not even inch its like its the saw right so I left it alone and let the other charge and its fully charge I use the filly charge battery on the drill and not even 10 seconds its dead :( coke on porter cable I know you guys got stronger batteries than this I just bought this last month and now this

Return to laws for a refund of a saw that vibrated too much to use. I was told to try to get an r A number and return number. I believe that's what it was and they got the runway around here at Lowe's. Also finally ended up nobody can give him an RA numbers so they refuse to give me a refund which I understand. But I left the saw there. There's no use for me. But I certainly would like to have a refund. I understand their policy but they have to understand. I ended up getting a broken leg and little bit of surgery for a little bit of cancer on my neck so I ran over there returned policy date. If anybody there can help me I would really appreciate it. My phone number is 321 -631 -****. As I said I left the saw at Lowe's as it would too be no good to take back home. Thanks for somebody getting back to me. James

My impact drill caught on fire. And now drill doesnt work and battery wont charge

Reporting that a new 20V drill is not working

Was recently working with Joan in a PC CS office ( never given last name) and Joan sent me a new drill. I have used it 3 times but on last time the drill would not work; all I got was the light. Later that same day tried again; the drill did work but with a pronouncedSandy sound. This tile saw was shipped from porter cable in the us by a company called ubuy.when I received it it set on fire and could of killed me as it is a wet tile cutter.i approached ubuy and they said after 7 days they dont want to know It took 10days to receive.They said to contact the manufacturer Porter Cable Ive contacted them and they are saying because its in the uk its not covered under the warranty They advertise the saw at £200 and Ive paid ££500 with shipping fees and import fees Now they dont want to know What can I do

Batteries are broken where they screw together

Waited on hold for 20 minutes. When I told the person that the batteries were broken, after giving name and number and part number, I was told these batteries are discontinued. I should seek after market batteries. There is nothing wrong with the drill or saw. They are not overused because I have a different drill that I routinely use. These batteries are broken. I wasn't a pissed off consumer before I called, but I am now. The phone call did not help it just pissed me off. If these rarely-used batteries broke how can I possibly rely on after market?

Brad nailer driver

I have a Brad nailer :model BN200A. Type 1. Serial # 377449 B2073. The driver does not retract into the upper resting position after driving a nail. I have cleaned the nailer and have the correct air pressure . When it drives the nails it works fine but I rarely can drive more than one nail at a time without it not retracting properly. It usually take five or six attempts to have another nail driven. I live in Northern Ontario! Canada ( near North Bay) and cannot seem to find a service dealer.. Can you help. Mark
